Stella meat grinder Model #441 is crap, the square-based stud of the feeding screw (grinder schematic part "M") broke the first time I used it and after a year communicating with Stella USA over a replacement part (they didn't have any parts in the USA and promised to contact Italy, I gave up). And apparently no online restaurant supply companies have replacement parts for Stella grinders. I just tried again after a couple of years trying to salvage the grinder rather than throw it out. IMHO the grinder is poorly engineered and metallurgically weak, so avoid this product.
